keeps getting better...

When it rains in my life...it pours. Today I woke up in a semi crappy mood. I was trying to make the best of my situation. The first thing I did today was checked my bank balances to see where I was lacking. I did all my work with BofA and SDCCU. I decided to check on my credit card to see if my payment of 117.95 went through. When I got to the site...I realized that something was greivously wrong. I noticed my balance was zero and that no payment was due. I checked the payment log and realized that I paid 1117.95 and the payment posted on the 26th. I called the credit card company and explained my situation and they said there was nothing they could do...very much like giving a homeless man a hundred dollar bill thinking it was a 10...fat chance of getting your money back
Well it wouldn't be a bad thing, but that was my rent money. I have made several calls to friends and family i know i can count on and as of right now...I am fucked. So needless to say, I will be going…

this place

This place is bringing me down...I try to remain up beat but there are too many memories. I feel this place sucking the life force out of me. I take my medication but nothing works....the darkness sets in before the sun even rises. I hurt...I cry...i feel low. I predicted this...I caused this by my thoughts. I wake and wish i was dead. Mutual maybe...but regrets are many now...what did i do wrong, again. I hurt to the deepest depths of my soul. I hurt from the front of my body to the back of my spinal cord, from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet. Surely this cannot be normal...surely there is something wrong with me. Not sure how much longer i can deal with this pain. Wish there was some way to eliminate the hurt...wish this was over.

I sit at the base of a mountain and look up at this thing...this thing i created in my head. It is an unconquerable mountain. No one can conquer it if they dared try. I build this mountain with every relationship i get into. I da…

How to Attract Women
by Lisa Daily
These days my email box is jammed full with letters from men asking for advice on how to attract women. Being a woman myself, I’m a bit on the fence as far as revealing the chick’s club secret code, but as an eternal optimist when it comes to love and relationships, I’ll do whatever I can to get everybody happily coupled up.
So guys, this month it’s your turn. Below you’ll find some a combination of my favorite make-her-toes-curl moves, as well as some fun tidbits from the thousands of women who write to me, telling me what they look for in a guy.
Science first.
1. Take your positions for the mating dance.
Want to be the guy who gets noticed? Stand in the center of the room. According to Dr. Albert Mehrabian, the author of several books and nationally-known expert in the field of spacial psychology, where you are in a room (and what you’re doing) has a lot to do withyour ability to attract women. Where should you be for the highest impact and the greatest …

Christmas again...

Well its christmas again.

This year I am actually with family. Last year I was in Bradenton florida with my 3 kitties and no fiance. So as i write this i reflect on a year of lessons learned.

- No matter how hard you try, you can't make someone love you.
- Relationships are can damage you, enhance you, or teach you a great lesson...hopefully, you will get the lesson.
- Life gets hard sometimes, hopefully you will have friends there to help ease the pain. If you don't, you better learn to cry. Nothing feels better than a good cry.
- everyone lies whether they realize it or not.
- sometimes music can heal, other times it will make you feel.
- Do something good for yourself everyday...like exercise, eat good food, meet new people, and learn to save for rainy days.
- You can NEVER stop learning.
- Don't move to a place called Bradenton if you are under 60 years old.
- Have a pet. Pets understand you more sometimes than you understand yourself. There is nothing better than a fri…

hanging out in PB Current mood: creative

Okay so I went out in PB with my friend Ryan who I work with at Bicycle Discovery. I called him at 8:30 and at that point he said, "dude, i think i am going to cancel tonight. I got home and i am really tired. Let me chill for 30 minutes and I will let you know if I'm going out,"
I decided that I would stay at home and read this weeks reader. I read my two favorites, party crasher and Barbarella. I then started reading a very intersting article on how racism isn't dead. The interviewer in the article questioned approximately 50 teens and asked them various questions about their ethnicity and how it affected them. It was a great article and you can read it http://www.sdreader.com/php/cover.php?mode=article&showpg=1&id=20061221.
Very interesting and enlightening. So at 9:25 I get a call from mr Biers, "I will see you there...I am heading out," So I donned my best apparel and headed out. First stop, Cabo Cantina in PB off Garnett. Interesting …

I kicked ass on 88 miles today

Okay...so heres the deal. I just got done with an 88 mile ride and I feel fuckin awesome. What a sense of accomplishment. I rock.
As jack black said, "don't you think its time to fuckin rock... and fucking roll...out of control."
Needless to say, i am now setting my sites on some centuries. Lisa recommended the death ride....and it sounds like a challange to me. I did cramp up on the torrey pines hill on the way back, but I managed to get through it. I have found that focusing on the white line as you climb, will get you through any situation.
At some point and time, i lost my water bottle. Not sure if it happened off the 76 or where...I just know I was at my turning around point and I looked down and my full water bottle was gone. I rode back at a clipping pace of 23mph to get back to alan's bike shop on coast hwy. Adam, the manager, hooked me up with a free water bottle and some ice cold sparkletts water. Thanks guys. I was thinking of bringing the camera…

Salads are great

I love food...healthy food. I haven't been eating any sort of fast food for two weeks and I feel GREAT. Now if i could kick this nasty drinking habit, i would be golden. I just need to learn to say no. So tonight I am having a salad, with hothouse cucumbers and chicken. I have been having this for many nights (or not eating) and I love it. Tonight I put some sesame ginger seasoning on it... needless to say "Chaddy likeee"It could also be that i am washing it down with an ice cold hefeweizen. I am putting a few carbs in my system for tomorrow mornings early ride. I am going to leave the house at 5:30 (and let me tell you it will be hella cold). I am going to be bundled up to the nines or 6's...whichever I feel like.Speaking of cold...i am stoked. I got my heater in the apartment to work. It does a very NICE job of heating this biyatch up. Although I must admit I am a dork...I am sitting here in short…

Old Friends

Okay so heres the deal. I got a call from an old friend that I dated eons ago. She said it was her birthday and that I needed to come up and see her. I said sure and cancelled any future plans for the evening.
I drove up at about 7:45 and got there at 9. We started out at the cantina on harbor. From there we ended up going to several different clubs in downtown newport. Danced a little bit. drank way to much....
We had conversations about our relationships and what we have been doing until now. We talked about all the places we had seen (and mine pale in comparison to Gina). She told me that she joined the airforce and worked for NATO. She was telling me of some of the awesome places that she lived and stuff she got to do...pretty damn cool.
We continually drank and talked and finally before we knew it, it was closing time. We went to a few more places that stayed open a little bit later, but closing time is inevitable. We drove back to the parking structure. I said my goodbyes and go…

Movie Review: The Holiday

Image
Went and saw this with some friends last night. Needless to say, I think Daniel and I thought for sure we were getting into a chick flick. Well we were. It was great. Great cast although, JB was trying to be his usual self and couldn't. In all there was great chemistry in the movie. Cameron Diaz, Jude Law, JB and Kate Winslet. I don't say this often...maybe i do. I am not a huge fan of Cameron, but she was really good in this movie. She actually played a convincing part. Jude Law...well lets say, i know why fatima was attracted to him. Hes hot. He is also a great actor and I really liked his part in this movie.

Kate Winslet did an exceptional job of being the lover from afar. She had a long lasting love for a gentleman named Jasper who ended up getting engaged and still wanting to see Kate winslet. For those of you who don't know, the premise is that Cameron diaz has just broken up with her boyfriend of 4 years and decides to take a vacation, Kate is in London and finds o…

Casino Royale...

Image
Okay so I didn't post this the first time I saw it, but I am posting it now. What a great flick. Probably one of the best Bond movies since "On Her Majestys Secret Service".
George Lazenby didn't get the credit he needed for his first and only appearance as Bond. Too many people were upset about the fact that it wasn't sean connery and felt it was a betrayal to the bond cult. Others may have ignored it all together.
What I liked about both of these movies is the human aspect of Bond. The relationship between being a secret agent and being in love. With Casino Royale, Daniel Craig reveals his human side by falling in love. Lazenby did the same, or at least there were allusions to this. Daniel craig may be too strong for some people to handle in the Bond role, but the fact that he doesn't do cheese won my vote. In "Casino Royale", he plays somewhat of a badass with a new beginning. It is basically how he got his 00 status. He is confident and weak a…

Washington DC-Saturday & Sunday 4th & 5th

Today was much of the same. Prepping for the big meeting. I am on the meetings team. We make sure the rooms are ready and set according to specs. If there are any handouts, we make sure to place them on the seats before each meeting. Today was just a walk around to make sure we knew where the rooms are.

It is kind of cool to be on these meetings because you meet so many interesting people. The staff is cool too because you begin to develop bonds with everyone. It is much like a family and that is one reason I really like what i do.

I have attached some pics

Day 1-San Diego flying to Washington DC

Well I woke up at 3:47 this morning thanks to my awesome cat pepper. She knew I had to be up early and as I arose, she chirped happiness running to the kitchen before me, knowing that I was going to be filling up her bowl.

I loaded up my suitcase only to find both precious and tigher sad to see me go. I can tell when they are sad because they sit in whatever bag I am taking. It was cute and I will post some pics up here tonight.

I am in cincinatti right now. The flight here was uneventful. I am soon to board my flight to DC. In reading my program notes, I noticed that Sir Richard Branson is going to be the guest speaker....

Holy Crapola...He is one of the men I want to meet before I die. As luck has it, I will be on the meetings team and will (cross my fingers) be able to sit in the room with him while he speaks. That would be awesome.

I am going to be staying at the henley park hotel in DC. You can look it up on line. It is cool but also a boutique hotel. I hate boutique hotels when I wo…

I haven't posted on here in a bit. I have been busy looking for new income and working at the bikestore. Although sometimes the bikestore is annoying, there are some perks. Here are a few. The pics aren't the best, but they still tell a story.

Unfortunately the glare cast a black spot on the lens

sorry..but this is hillarious...

I couldn't help myself..I saw this on a friends blog.

I think I have found the answer...

I just need to figur out who makes it and how i can get my hands on a million gallons or so. Screw welbutrin...this would be the new medium.
Imagine going to a party and looking for joy...All you would have to do is look in the fridge and pop one open. Hell, Ren and stimpy could have used this instead of the happy helmet. Joy Juice, where have you been all my life. Gregory...imagine telling your kids, "Daddy needs some juice," and having them bring you this back. I am a genious and may run for president.

On another note. I took this random picture of one of our cats. Kind of reminds me of the Blues travelers album, Four.
I don't know... a little different but I should get creative points. And don't give me the "It's out of focus.", crap. That adds to the artistic flair.Anywhoooo. I hope you all are doing well. I am managing through the mundaneness of it all. Out until i snap some more cool photos.

horseshit...

Well I got home yesterday from work and noticed steam or something coming from the bottom of my car. I called Hyundai's "At your Service" hotline for towing because I figured it was the radiator.

The tow company came out and towed the car to the dealership. The dealership called me and said a rock hit a compressor line and thus all the freon leaked into the environment...HELLO what ru32 that was supposed to replace this. I am a little frustrated but to top it off the compressor, which is only available through the dealer is 800 bucks. Can you believe that crap. Thank god i live in San diego or else I would be pissed not having air. Anyhow needless to say, I wont be getting it fixed until I have better cash flows

Other than that, life is peachy. Hope everyone is well. Hopefully I will be able to make a trip down south to see the family in November for turkey day.

I am working in San Francisco next weekend. Fatima will come up and we will hang out. Should be a fun t…

Working at a bicycle store

Image
so I work at a bike store in Pacific Beach. There are some random characters that you come across...including myself...but I decided to take some pics of people I work with.

This is Nik. He is the owners son...he was doing some god pose...With his long flowing hair...the chicks dig him
This is Matt...my boss from Performance. Now he is a kick ass salesman at Bicycle Discovery. He made this face, which is kind of hillarious because he always smiles normally.
My camera has a slow shutter time on my phone. This is tori...she is cool. She doesn't take any crap and has a pretty kick ass voice.

Tyler...this guy is funny and kick ass with Jiu Jitsu. Lets just put it this way...don't fuck with him.
Matt on the phone...as usual.
The front of the bike store...lots of homeless hangout here... The view from the store...Tons o Surfers here. All in all just random wierdness occurs here. The reason I am sane. I love you... muah!
