Uncle John-May you Rest in Peace

John Joseph D’Amico, Sr., a native of Alexandria, LA, born December 27, 1927, passed away peacefully in his home in Destin, Florida Thursday morning, January 4, 2007. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Sally Bordes D’Amico; daughter, Janet Leland and son-in-law Shaun Leland of Pensacola, Florida; son John J. D’Amico, Jr. of Destin, Florida; daughter, Mary Hudson and son-in-law Dr. Stephen Hudson of Little Rock, Arkansas; and six beloved grandchildren, William J. Wolfe, Kiley Wolfe, Samuel and Benjamin Hudson and John and Jonah Leland. Family and friends are invited to a celebration of his life to be held aboard the Southern Star on Destin Harbor at 3 p.m. Sunday, January 21, 2007
